South Asia - Winter 2024
We once again visited the “G” people in South Asia with our 4th team to share the gospel and encourage the pastors. Once again it was an amazing time. We got to share the gospel with 1598 people and 1151 of them made professions of faith. Each of us so appreciated our individual translators who helped us to communicate the message with clarity and kindness. At each village we would go house to house and were almost always welcomed in. As we got to know the people we shared the good news of Jesus. So many had never heard of Him or didn’t know what He had done for us. The local pastors do the follow-up to confirm the professions of faith and help them connect with a new or existing house church. Nearly 1/3 of the world’s population live in people groups with far less than 2% of the population knowing about Jesus. These are called unreached people groups.
