What is B.C. Adventure?
It’s SCC’s men’s retreat weekend, held every other year! Hang out with other men and grow in your walk with the Lord. Enjoy great meals, comfortable accommodations, lots of free time, music, entertainment and amazing teaching from speaker, Craig Hazen.

How much is it?
Early-bird price Feb-June 7 is $315. After June 7, $335.
A $50 deposit is required to hold your spot. If paid in full through June 7, early-bird price of $315 applies or $335 if paid after June 7. Cost covers boat from Egmont, B.C. to camp and all meals and amenities at Malibu Club. You can also donate toward the scholarship fund to help a guy in financial need be able to go. If you have a financial need and would like to apply for a scholarship, contact Pastor Gordon geverett@wearescc.org.
Things to do / What to bring
There’s water skiing, wake-boarding, giant swing, ropes course, climbing wall, new zip lines, kayaking, frisbee golf, basketball, volleyball, hiking, banana tubing, a heated swimming pool, and much more! Or, just relax with the other guys over a game of cards.
There’s also a new coffee/espresso stand, ice cream shop and a new, bigger store with items for purchase. Bring comfortable clothing for all weather types. Bedding and towels will be provided, bring your own toiletries.

Craig Hazen founded and directs the master's program in Christian apologetics at Biola University, and directs the master’s program in science and religion.
He’s the editor of a philosophy journal, wrote the monographThe Village Enlightenment in America, authored an acclaimed apologetics novel Five Sacred Crossings, and dozens of articles
and chapters in books and journals. He received the Fischer Award, the highest faculty honor at Biola.
He has spoken all across North America and Europe including Capitol Hill and the White House on key apologetics topics. He’s a popular church and conference speaker and formerly co-host of a national radio talk program.
