Leaders in Training

SDI’s Leaders in Training program is a set of selected courses for training men and women to serve the church in various aspects of ministry leadership. Our goal is to help these servant-leaders be 1) mature in their faith, 2) knowledgeable in the Scriptures, and 3) competent in their efforts to guide and edify others in the church body.

  • Bible Study Methods 1 & 2

  • Core Christian Doctrine 1 & 2

  • The Bible’s Grand Story

  • Doctrines of Grace

Ministry & Leadership

  • Christian Leadership

  • Basics of Biblical Counseling

Accordingly, the Leaders in Training courses are a little more rigorous in their expectations for attendance and assignments, and those who complete the program will receive the “SDI Certificate in Ministry Leadership.”
