As followers of Christ, we want to continue to GROW in our walk with Him and learn how better to reach out to those around us.

 

“For God So Loved” (starts 9/24)

This 6 week course starts September 24 and will briefly explore God's love for His creation by examining how He is working out His master plan for this world, humankind, and you. Classes will meet in the Conference Room during 3rd service.


connections class (recurring)

Our Connections class is designed to help you get familiar with who we are and what we're all about. The class is scheduled often, and is the first step toward church membership. See this page for more info, schedule, and signup forms.


Adult Bible Study (Sunday Mornings, 8:15am)

We provide a place of encouragement, prayer and support as we grow in our understanding of who God made us to be. This happens through our life groups, luncheons, retreats, Ladies Night’s Out, and MOPS (Mothers of Pre-Schoolers).

Women's Ministries Fall Kick Off- Friday, September 8 | 6:30-8:30pm | Join us for this fun night connecting with other women and previewing all ministry opportunities for Fall and 2018! MOPS

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is a Christ-centered opportunity for moms to meet for encouragement, food, friendship and growth. Moms receive support and companionship as well as helpful tips from our guest speakers on raising children and building a stronger home. During each meeting our children are well-cared for by fabulous volunteers in our MOPPETS program.

MOPS meets:
2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, 9:15-11:15am.
September – December dues are $50.
January – May dues are $60.

Men


We want to help men make the most of their life by being real while we pursue being who God has made us to be. We do this by getting together regularly for monthly breakfasts, in small groups (which we call life groups), at our biannual retreat and engaging in activities (hiking, biking, golfing, etc.).

Men's Breakfast (September 9)

The first men's breakfast of the season is happening September 9 at 8am. Our guest speaker is Tim Walton, who is the founding pastor of SCC. Tickets are $5.


Men’s Stepping Up 

This fall, the adventure of Authentic Manhood continues. We'll do the first half (5 weeks) of Dennis Rainey’s Stepping Up curriculum then the second half this winter. Light meal, followed by video teaching and small group discussion. $30 covers book and meals for all 5 sessions or $15 for book and pay meals as you go.


Men's 33 Vol 1

Men, if you missed Men’s 33 and are interested in starting volume one, “ A Man and His Design,” we’ll be offering a table alongside the Men’s Stepping Up Group Tuesday nights starting Sept 26. Study lasts 6 weeks and includes light meal, video curriculum and table discussion. $30 covers books and meals for all sessions or $15 for book and pay meals as you go. 
 (Please note- this Men's 33 group will be offered only if there is enough interest to form a table group.)

Young Adult Life is a place for young adults ages 18-25 to study God’s Word and learn how to live a life that extends beyond our culture

Meeting Schedule

Sundays 6:30-8:30pm in the Student Center (Building B)

Join us in the Student Center for a time of worship, teaching, and prayer!  

We will be launching a new Young Adult Life Group this September! Look for more details soon.

At Snohomish Community Church we love students! MSM and HSM are place for middle school and high school students to feel and find a place where they can grow in relationship, both with God and others.


Meeting Times

Sundays

  • Middle School: Sundays at 9:45am
  • High School: Sundays at 11:15am

Thursdays

  • Middle and High School: Life Groups Thursdays at 6:30pm

Student Life Groups

Student Life Groups are your chance to connect with other students going through the same things you are and a mentor to help take you to the Bible to figure it all out. High School and Middle School Groups Spring will resume in September. 

Worship Services (Sundays)

We have gatherings of Middle School and High School Students that meet on Sundays for fun, worship, teaching and some brief small group time. This is our large group event for the week.

  • Middle School: 9:45am in the Student Center 
  • High School: 11:15am in the Student Center

SUMMER STUDENT MINISTRY BBQ'S - JULY 12, AUGUST 2, AUGUST 23

Join us for a fun time to connect and enjoy summer! We'll be having a few BBQ nights throughout the summer here at SCC from 6:30- 8:00pm.  Bring a friend, grab some food and play some volleyball!

We are here to help parents raise a generation of kids who worship God from the inside out. We do this by helping parents establish the Word of God their homes, where their kids have the opportunity to know and follow Jesus, be changed by him and become committed to His mission.
