10 Most Common Objections Class (2/17 - 3/3)

Have you struggled with defending your faith when tough questions are asked? How do you answer when challenged with questions like - "If God is loving, then why is there evil in the world?" or "How can Jesus be the only way to God?" or even "How can your prove there is a God?". Join us for a 4 week class as we discover there are answers to these questions! We will be using Alex Mcfarland's book, The 10 most Common Objections to Christianity to explore answers to these and other questions posed to Christians.

It hurts to lose someone. Find help at Grief Share, a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

Our 13 week Grief Share support group started January 24, 2019 and is held Thursday nights, 6:30-8:30pm at Snohomish Community Church 13622 Dubuque Rd Snohomish WA in the sanctuary. You can still attend anytime, please register here and get more information at


A disciple of Jesus is a life long learner! Family University is a time to put your learners cap on and hear what God has to say in areas specific to marriage, parenting, and grand parenting. This year, Feb 16th- Mar 16th, we will be offering several new courses to choose from! $25 per couple or $15 per individual.

SCC Ministry Academy

SCC Academy is a church-wide discipleship ministry that offers strategic short-term courses to promote spiritual maturity among the believers of Snohomish Community Church. Each course is taught by a Masters Seminary professor through the Institute of Church Leadership in a video format. The Masters Seminary charges $70 per person to take the course. Next Registration period will be in 2019.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is a Christ-centered opportunity for moms to meet for encouragement, food, friendship and growth. Moms receive support and companionship as well as helpful tips from our guest speakers on raising children and building a stronger home. During each meeting our children are well-cared for by fabulous volunteers in our MOPPETS program.

2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, 9:15-11:15am.

We want to help men make the most of their life by being real while we pursue being who God has made us to be. We do this by getting together regularly for monthly breakfasts, in small groups (which we call life groups), at our biannual retreat and engaging in activities (hiking, biking, golfing, etc.).

As a Christian man, what does it mean to truly follow Jesus as a disciple? When Jesus said, "Follow Me," what was He calling us to? Join the men of SCC as we continue to pursue the call of authentic Biblical manhood with a study that will stretch and challenge you, (it sure is with me as I've previewed,) and maybe even help dispel some myths about what the Christian life is about. You'll connect with other men on the journey in a table group around a simple meal, followed by video teaching and discussion in the Word guided by your table leader. Don't miss this life-changing journey.

At Snohomish Community Church we love students! MSM and HSM are a place for middle school and high school students to feel welcome and find a place where they can grow in relationships, both with God and others.

Meeting Times


  • Middle School: Sundays at 9:45am

  • High School: Sundays at 11:15am


  • Middle and High School: Life Groups Thursdays at 6:30pm

Worship Services (Sundays)

We have gatherings of Middle School and High School Students that meet on Sundays for fun, worship, teaching and some brief small group time. This is our large group event for the week.

  • Middle School: 9:45am in the Student Center

  • High School: 11:15am in the Student Center

Student Life Groups

Student Life Groups are your chance to connect with other students going through the same things you are and a mentor to help take you to the Bible to figure it all out. High School and Middle School Groups meet on Thursday nights at 6:30pm.

High school Mission Trip - Ensenada, MX - June 23-29

In summer of 2019, we have the opportunity to travel to Mexico and live out God’s call to reach the nations with the good news of Jesus. We will be serving in the communities surrounding Ensenada by helping build houses, serving families who live in impoverished conditions, as well as supporting a church and running children’s programs. We will be partnering with YUGO Ministries again this year, to find out more about them visit

We are here to help parents raise a generation of kids who worship God from the inside out. We do this by helping parents establish the Word of God their homes, where their kids have the opportunity to know and follow Jesus, be changed by him and become committed to His mission.

4th & 5th Grade Retreat (April 26-27)

If you have a 4th or 5th Grader we would love for them to join us for a fun spring retreat at Black Diamond Camp in Auburn, Wa. Come hang with us for 1 night and 1 full day crammed full of fun games, swimming, hanging out with friends, meaningful messages that cultivate relationship with God, reflection time in small groups and much more! We'll check in at SCC at 3:30PM on the 26th, and return around 8:00PM on the 27th.

Awana is a great time for kids to have fellowship with one another, play fun games and most importantly, learn God’s word in a smaller group setting where we focus on discipling. Join us Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00!

Route 66 Monday Bible Class

Meets normally on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Mondays of the month, 10:30-11:30am in the Student Center (There are a few holiday exceptions). Every lesson features careful Bible exposition, practical life applications, and detailed printed take-home notes.

NOTE: No Meeting February 18 - President’s Day


Roadside Diner Luncheon Series


Roadside Diner meets on the 3rd (or 2nd) Monday of the month, 12:00-2:00pm in the Student Center. We always start with lunch at noon. Sometimes the Diner provides the all or part of the meal—and sometimes we do potluck.  Watch the church bulletin and/or your mailbox for monthly food specifics.

Grandparents At Prayer (GAP) Group

Grandparents are invited to join the GAP group that meets on the first Sunday of each month (although it is sometimes changed due to church calendar events) at 8:15 am (during the first service) in Room B7 as we gather together to share devotions and pray for our grandchildren.

Is celebrated on the second Sunday in September each year as we honor and give thanks for grandparents.

Grandparenting Classes

Are offered at various times during the year to bring grandparents together for fellowship and to study God’s Word and new resource materials.

SCC offers marriage enrichment opportunities throughout the year to help couples strengthen their marriage to last a lifetime.

Preparing for Marriage

Are you engaged or considering getting engaged in the near future? Preparing for Marriage will help you learn about God’s blueprint for marriage and help you evaluate as a couple your readiness for marriage. This will be a 5 session course on Sunday afternoons in March and April. Contact for more information.

A weekend away (held every other year) at a special venue for a program that includes marriage enrichment teaching, worship, fellowship, and times for couples to focus on each other.
